At Rated Everybody, every order is part of your story. We aim to make your shopping experience effortless, from checkout to unboxing. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping

Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared and shipped Monday–Friday.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Launches, restocks, or busy periods may take slightly longer.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Shipped from New Jersey, USA.

  • Shipping options:

    • Standard (carrier-calculated at checkout)

    • Expedited (available at checkout)

  • Shipping cost is based on weight, destination, and service.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Packages marked “delivered” by carriers are considered successfully delivered.

  • Delays caused by weather, carrier staffing, or other uncontrollable events are beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries worldwide. More regions will be added as we grow.

  • Shipping fees, customs, import duties, taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Packages refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes are not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Items
To maintain the premium quality of Rated Everybody products, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage

  • In original condition with all tags attached

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to Return

  • Initiate a return via our online portal or contact team@ratedeverybody.com.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process:

    1. Refund to Original Payment Method (original shipping costs are non-refundable)

    2. Exchange for a different size or color of the same item

    3. Store Credit issued as a digital gift card with no expiration

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale, intimate apparel, or clearance items are non-returnable.

  • International orders are final sale.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
